Coca-Cola Town Square Gazebos like this one were built in parks in the center of town, serving a multitude of community needs, ranging from a stage for budding artists and musicians to the scene of exuberant political speeches. Young couples used the gazebo for courting and, during the winter season, carolers assembled to serenade neighbors.
