You can almost feel the thrill of Jimmy and his little sister sneaking a peek at a surprised Santa in this finely detailed animation transforms one of the most popular of the famous Santa Claus advertisements for Coca-Cola into a life-like holiday collectible your whole family will cherish for years to come.

Faithfully reproduced from the original advertising art, this unique animated Santa brings to life the very first of the charming picture stories the late Sundblom Santa painted into each of his famous Santa Claus illustrations.

In the picture story, young Jimmy creates a whole new tradition by leaving a bottle of "Coke" and the invitation for Santa to pause for a brief moment of refreshment as he makes his Christmas Eve rounds. Santa's surprise is reflected in the expression on his happy face as he double checks his book of all the "Good Boys and Girls."

True to the fantasy represented in Sundbloom's captivation illustration, this animated Santa Claus turns his head back and forth from the book in his hand to Jimmy's note on the mantle.

To capture all the enchantment of the original painting, the artisans have paid careful attention to the smallest details, from Santa's finely molded facial features and realistic beard to the quality and cut of his cloth suit and the real brass and  brass eyelets and buckle of his belt.

Further contributing to the charm and realism are the carefully reproduced fireplace, mantle decorations, molded "coca-Cola" bottle and felt stockings, all faithfully replicating the original painting for your floor or table decoration.

To enhance the collectibility of this special animation, each Santa features a metal die-struck medallion in the base marked with the year of issue and individual number of the piece.

Production was limited and the piece was retired from circulation at the end of issue.  A frameable 8"x10" color print of the original magazine advertisement is included with the animation.
